Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flashcoupons.com and FlashCoupons content published on social media (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by ThunkTunk LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("FlashCoupons," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What FlashCoupons is

FlashCoupons curates and publishes deals and promotions offered by third-party merchants. We do not sell products, process payments, or fulfill orders. Deal links take you to Yazing (yazing.com), a third-party cashback shopping platform, and from there to the merchant's website, where your purchase is governed by that merchant's terms.

2. Deal accuracy

We work to publish accurate information, but deals are set by merchants and can change, sell out, or end at any time without notice, including before a listed expiration date. Discounts, prices, eligibility, and terms are determined solely by the merchant. Always confirm the final price and terms before purchasing. We are not responsible for a merchant's refusal to honor a deal.

3. Affiliate relationships

FlashCoupons earns commissions when visitors make qualifying purchases through our links. This does not increase your price. Our selection of deals may take commissions into account. Brand names and logos shown belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement of FlashCoupons or any partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.

4. Third-party sites and platforms

The Service links to and appears on third-party websites and platforms, including Yazing, merchant sites, and social networks such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, X, and LinkedIn. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems; or scrape, copy, or republish Service content in bulk, or use automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens it, except as permitted by our robots.txt for search engine indexing.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's content, design, graphics, and deal images created by FlashCoupons are owned by ThunkTunk LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages and posts. You may not otherwise reproduce or distribute our content without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEAL WILL BE AVAILABLE OR HONORED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THUNKTUNK LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASES FROM MERCHANTS OR YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY SITES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThunkTunk LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
